Complimentary hot drinks unlimited to all guests attending your event
Service Description
For a complementary coffee service I do a 2 hour minimum for this kind of event. I serve unlimited 8oz hot organic (free trade) coffees, hot chocolates, tea, chai and a variety of milks to satisfy your guests including regular, lite, lactose free, oat, macadamia, almond and soy. There is also an option for iced drinks add on for a $50 set rate. I like to arrive 45 minutes before service to make sure everything is in order, the coffee machine has time to warm up properly and the coffee grind is just right to make you the perfect cup of coffee.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is to be made in order to reserve a date for the upcoming event. Full payment must be made 1 week prior to the event. Due to the nature of small business, once full payment is made if event is cancelled within 48 hours, there will be no refunds. Catering is conducted by a third party and refund will be determined by their policy. We would hate for food/produce to go to waste, if you have any concerns about the event date please let us know as soon as possible to prevent this occurring.
